ME III: Perspective
Today was a good day. I feel like progress was made on the website piece I'm grinding on and I made about twice as much progress because we took Sunday off and had fun romping around in nature. The wonderful nature of a change in perspective.
It's starting to get chilly here! Not only are the leaves starting to turn but between the glamourous crisp days, there are days where the cold creeps under your coat and the twinge of far away winter can be felt. The high was 61° and the low 46° so it isn't really that cold but the feeling of winter isn't far away. The air quality is good and more rain is on the way.
Thinking about the DNA testing and that conversation I was interested to read about the 23andme data leak. If that passed you by here is an article by the Washington Post and one without a paywall from Wired. Reading about this reminded when LinkedIn was hacked years ago and it was at a time when all of my user credentials were the same or similar. For years I got threatening emails about the terrible things they could do to me. I put them all in my junk file, changed all my passwords, and started using a password vault right away. In hindsight, it seemed such a gentle wake-up call. Another change in perspective caused me to give up my handy notebook that was no longer really serving me anyway.

Think of something fun to do to change your perspective.
Have a mind-altering evening.
Sending love, Tawnia
