Day 20: ME IV

Today was vaccine day so we are super tired and out of it. Work was a little strange and still, it happened. It also rained a little today. This is the first rain since we've been here. Usually, it rains a couple times a week.

Portland had a King Tide which flooded downtown but we were too out of it to get down there.

Those little bumps on the top of the porch are many House Sparrows. They fly swiftly about like falling leaves in the wind.
On our way to Walgreens to get both Flu and COVID vaccines
Someone filled a crack in the sidewalk with mosaics. Is it a Tadpole? Mummy? What do you think?

Just a few birds today – rainy-ish, work-ish, vaccine-ish. We did see a nice flight of commorants on our morning walk. 7 species:

1 Rock Pigeon
1 Herring Gull
5 Double-crested Cormorant
1 Blue Jay
1 American Crow
1 European Starling
1 House Sparrow
