Day 47: ME IV

Today we woke up early in NYC and walked around at 10am we met up with family to go to Brewster, NY which is in Putnam County. It is amazingly beautiful and the trees here are doing tricks too and changing to all magnificent glowing colors as if they have captured rays of the sun and brought them to earth to shine back at the sun to welcome its return. There are so many birds here and it is a beautiful house.

Many species of bird, mostly from the aforesaid backyard. The feeder just outside the sunroom had competing white-breasted nuthatches and tufted titmice, with the occasional black-capped chickadee and downy woodpecker. Northern cardinal and song sparrow were in attendance. Quite a show. 25 species
