Today was an at-home day, busy with wrapping things up and getting ready for a busy short week next week. We are in the final stages of trying to release a new web store. It was windy but gloriously sunny and beautiful, and the sky was the rightful color of blue. We made ham and cheese buckwheat crepes with salad and tomatoes. It's so exciting that summer food is arriving!

Morning walk

Cruise by our kind neighbors who maintain bird feeders but no customers today
At the top of the middle bay window, to the left of the fire escape, there is a giant raven's nest.

Noon short walk

The jacarandas are blooming
The green utility boxes were recently painted in all different patterns across the neighborhood. This is the one on our block.

End of day constitutional post supper walk

Look at the shine on the palm leaves.
