Working in the rain

Today was another lovely day. It started off gloriously BLUE and then got foggy once the sun was up. Later, we had voluminous and dramatic clouds. I worked outside until I was forced to move inside during a late morning meeting due to too much rain. It drizzled on and off most of the day. It started raining in earnest around 6pm while we made a nice dinner. The fridge is getting emptier and emptier. Around 8pm, we snuck out for a quick walk in the dark. It's not much alive after dark here, and it doesn't really have street lights or many sidewalks. Making our evening stroll a more vigilant endeavor.

I have no idea how it has become the last day of September in this fine year of 2025. Someone please explain to me the passing of time.
