Tropical-ish rainstorm

Today was a normal busy kinda day (thank goodness), and I got some work done! The rainstorm was magical and felt warmish. It had a tropical feel, with the sidewalks radiating warmth as the rain fell straight down. Almost like cartoon rain. Not too much, not too little. The clouds were amazing.

The Hawthorne tree is blooming pink now. Later, it will have red berries, so the American Robins can get drunk in winter - the cycle of intoxication!
Fog!
Red Horsechestnut that I referenced yesterday

6:41 am – 7:40 pm, which is 13 hours of daylight!! (Remember in December when it was only 9 hours and 32 mins of daylight!)

The bird of the day is the Osprey (the only species in its family)

Here is a poem for you.

Sending oodles of love,
