Anchovies!

Fresh anchovies that is. Today was busy with house things and the day was consumed with tech problems. Largely resolved now. We ended the day by making a nice dinner of super fresh salad, spicy fried fresh anchovies followed by buckwheat crepes filled with mushrooms with crème fraîche and parsley. We also had some jam to use up so we ate a crepe with jam. Great way to wrap up a crazy day.

Today was carnival here in the city and extra people were around getting dressed and their hair braided and fixed up. We were too busy to even glance in that direction with all our many tasks.
