Invisible dust & pollen

My eyes are a red, watery battleground. Histamines. I started the day at the dentist for a usual cleaning. Then, a typical workday. Flowers are blooming, and it was another beautiful sunny day with light ocean breezes. I'm glad it's Friday, and we get a normalish weekend.

Here is some good news about birds in the Colorado River basin

Killdeer were my favorite bird as a child. Their song has the power to take me back to the cow pastures with beautiful rolling hills and mesas in the distance. Here is an article about Killdeer. Habitat loss and other human-driven causes have caused their numbers to plummet.
