Storm is a comin'
All day, the clouds gathered. The weather station said this storm was unusual because it was coming from the east, from Tahoe to SF. Usually, our storms come from the Pacific. It's only supposed to rain overnight, and that is it. It's also unusual to get a rainstorm in May, not unheard of, but unusual.
Work was good. My colleague who got married last weekend is back, and everything went off without a hitch at both his wedding and the office during his absence.
And the good news about today is that, as of nowish, King (Chinook) salmon season is open in some parts of Oregon after being closed for three years! We have given some rivers back. This is really good. Let's keep going.
