Rain and Robins

Work was usual although few meetings today which was lovely. Also I had coffee with a former Hesperian colleague who is 85 years old and still going to the gym and riding her bike and is out doing things in the community. I hope I'm so lucky.

Around 5-6 it was mighty windy and the clouds held rain. During dinner it rained for about 10-20 minutes. The world smells wonderful now and the air is humid and soft. Post dinner our walk was filled with birds singing and Robin Alley (our nickname for a block of Chattanooga St.) full of robins chortling.
