ME II: sunny days and purple haze

Today we woke up to full sun which we haven't had for many days. No rain but not exactly sunny. At 7:30 it was nearly 80° but not humid. I can always tell because without humidity my hair is stick-straight. Anyway, most of the days are spent working on this app release for work but on our, after-dinner walk, it felt like it was cooling off and I needed a jacket. Plus there was. a great show of light and shadow and a purple theme on top of it.

earth worm on the brick sidewalk — Even though it hadn't rained for a few days, the earthworms were out cruising on the sidewalk and moss is still fully green on the trees.

Harbor Memorial Park looking NorthEast — We visit Harbor View Memorial Park each morning - it is lovely in a different way each day. There is also a stairwell that leads down to the right to the old railway and the water (although you can't get to it here) and there are often dog walkers picking up the garbage that accumulates on the stairs in the morning hours when we are out. I love the civic-mindedness and the care people have for where they live.
