ME II: Meyer lemons
Today was a cool, crisp autumn day low of 39° and a high of 57°. The expectation is that it will get a little warmer over the next few days. It was a busy workday and there isn't too much to report there. Last time we were at the Co-op they had Meyer lemons so we made Lemon Chicken with a millet pilaf and broccoli. It was almost like cooking at home. The small luxuries like a meyer lemon make cooking fun.
I'm thinking about electric cars and if they make sense for how little driving we do. What I'd prefer is to for cities to design environments where I can walk to most of what I need or take public transit to things farther away? Without it taking all day.

Sweet dreams!
Sending love, Tawnia
