ME III: Tired Tuesday
I'm still getting set up and meanwhile all the travel and work re-entry is tiring. We hardly made it out of the house today as there are just too many things going on. Early in the morning we went on our walk and visited the community garden and the little wee park overlooking the Fore River. We are cooking tonight and so without further ado...

If you haven't read about the Maine traditional flag here is the story. What is more, is that several states are considering a flag redesign.
We are expecting rain tomorrow and the humidity is 93% and the air quality has been in the 20s. It is comfortable outside and cool and moist. I'm sorry to hear the Bay Area air quality index is deteriorating but that is precisely why I'm here.
It's currently 67° but when we cooked dinner we forgot that it is DIFFERENT here and now the house is all hot and yucky because when you have all that warm wet air (humidity is 93% and dewpoint is 65°) and you turn on the over to bake something it is all of a sudden a zillion degrees inside. I never learned to cook when it is hot because it is never hot in SF. If you have ideas send 'em my way! (I need to eat more than salad.)
Sending oodles of love, Tawnia
