ME III: CHI to SF
This was quite an adventure coming back. That said the trains were perfectly on time and the company was great. Food was acceptable. We played many rounds of gin rummy in between gazing out at this incredibly beautiful country that we live in. It felt like we were on this train for a week but it was just over 50 hours. We are dog tired from time changing and also the actual turning the clocks back an hour. We also didn't sleep particularly well but aim to this evening. It is really good to be home where the low was 51° and the high was 64° and sunny. The photos will have to be a little epic as they were over a couple of days of travel also part of it is through my home state.

And then we turned the corner and we were at Richmond and 7 minutes later in Emeryville. We quickly whisked our way across the Bay and now we are at home sweet home. It's well after midnight where we come from so wrapping this up without any deep thought.
Sending oodles of love, Tawnia
