SF: Home sweet home!
We are in that initial wonky phase of time changing. We also might be sick or something. To stay away from people and try to acclimatize we decided to head to Mt. Tam and go for a hike. Our local butcher had homemade liverwurst, which we had with pepperoncini for our mid-morning snack. We weren't more organized for any better hiking foods. Mt. Tam is as lovely as ever and we were heading back just as the crowds arrived. This is simply a celebration of what a wonderful place we live in.

This is proof that we are back. On the trail, there is the most amazing mixture of California Bay, Pine, Oak, straw, green (think wheatgrass juice smell), and wet earth. It is divine. We saw very glossy medium-sized black ants, a coyote, and many baby lizards in addition to birds!
Have a wonderful night!
Sending love, Tawnia
