Aftermath

We spent some quality time tidying up the basement and getting rid of things. Matt worked on his math problems. Also, I finished a sewing project that had been languishing. I used to sew a lot and make complicated things, and it feels like I've forgotten everything. This was more of a mending project, though, which is different than sewing. Still, it is kind of shocking how much I've forgotten and how clumsy and slow I am. The weather was amazingly lovely today here with sun and little sea breezes.
