Photography and activism

I follow a wide range of artists, from those who cook and ferment to those who paint or take photographs. One of those people runs FlakPhoto. His day job is at a nonprofit that supports storytelling around nuclear threats and climate change. One of their contributions was this multimedia piece in the NYT (at least on my computer to get to the next screen you have to scroll down a while) about what the survivors of the atomic bombs have to teach us.

That greenish building on the corner ahead in this photo used to be a run-down gas station that sat for years with fencing around it.
Much better.
Damp - each morning it is as if it rained overnight.

Fog is higher today
Look, look! There is sun over there!

Have a wonderful night.

Sending oodles of love,
