Sidewalks

We live around the corner from Dolores Street, which is one of the nicest streets to walk on because its sidewalk is 20 feet wide. It leaves enough space for trees and people, yet still feels spacious. Turns out it's not the widest. Check out this article on the SF Chronicle about the widest sidewalks of SF. They promote a peaceful countenance. Here is a fun map if you like that sort of thing.

Today involved getting ready for our adventure, cooking, and other tasks. I fixed a duvet cover that was coming apart, and in other parts of the house, physics and maths were happening.

Grey, drizzly, foggy morning, but people have planted flowers, and they are so happy and bright despite the grey.
