Opening it up and closing it down
Today we were on the trail really early and took our slice of Spanish tortilla (kind of like a thick omelet with potatoes - I add turnip greens) with us, along with a thermos of coffee to drink at Divide Meadow. We were on the trail around 6:30 am, so we could be home easily by 8:30 am. Work was busy for both of us. Then we ran to town for a few groceries, and there was a shindig at the fire department. Then we made a nice dinner of meatballs with peaches served over wild rice, with a nice green salad with radish and avocado. Then we had our evening walk, and we got out of there just before 9 pm, and the night creatures were just starting to come out, and dusk was coming on strong. Perfect simple day for busy people.

Have an energetic and vivacious day.
Sending oodles of love,
Tawnia
