Farmer's Market

Sebastopol has a Sunday morning year-round Farmer's Market. It's an excellent market too. We got eggs, meat, mushrooms, fermented hot sauce, garlic, and two kinds of greens. That was our outing. Then we came home and did laundry, changed the linens, and cleaned our little sweet house. It got hot inside, and so we decided to get takeout from the Falafel King. It was excellent also. This is the second place that makes better falafels than we have in SF. Although some are good, these are a step up. We also got in several neighborhood walks, which is always fun - sort of like expanding your reality by 50% each time.

A new park was discovered, and with it is a little stream
And a pair of gorgeous Weeping Willows (Salix babylonica)
Halloween is early here, too!
Fennel!
Valley Oak (Quercus lobata) is the largest of the California Oaks.
Lovely garden and a Yes on Prop 50 sign
Subtle CA sunset
Artichokes!
Cats of Sebastopol
Duck Island, there is a Great Duck Island in Maine

Have a fun time cooking and taking care of yourself and those around you.

Sending oodles of love,

Tawnia
