Moving day

Today was a busy day of packing and moving, and spending a few hours in between places, and then landing and unpacking. This involved getting up like usual and going on our last walk in Bear Valley to Divide Meadow. Then we packed up and went to the Side Street Kitchen for lunch. Toby's Feed Barn for a mighty fine espresso, then we went by Bolinas to watch birds on the beach. Then it was time to check into our wee apartment in Stinson Beach. Had dinner at the Parkside, and walked up the Matt Davis and explored two different trails that led into the neighborhoods. One led us to Panoramic Hwy, so we retreated. The other led us to one of the higher residential streets overlooking town, so we made our way back to the beach and walked home.

The house we are in here was in the same location as one of the original tent lots at Willow Camp before it was called Stinson Beach.

Goodbye, little house with thoughtful light and shadows
Goodbye, great meadow where the crickets sing and the barn owls hunt
Goodbye, fun little black tailed deer that blend so well with the environment here
Goodbye, great Black Mountain with all your myriad different looks
Toby's Feed Barn, where you can also get espresso!
Such a sweet little building with a cute fake front, found in Point Reyes.
Nice hillside
Mount Tam in the fog

colors!

Visit some body of water. Being near it is good for me. Others find calm in being in water.

Sending oodles of love,
