Yip of the Coyote
Today was another busy office day. The ICE agents arrived at Coast Guard Island near Alameda. This is located near the less affluent part of Oakland, which has a very diverse immigrant community. We are getting great guidance from our leadership around this and how we can support one another. The good news is that at least there is a tentative agreement that the extra ICE agents won't be coming to San Francisco.
Last night, around 2:30, Matt was awoken by the yipping of coyotes that sounded right outside. I slept blissfully through all this as I sleep with earplugs. Here is the map again of SF. We are located in territory 12. Check out the great map and article on Coyote Yips.

Here is a poem by Walter de la Mare
And a fun article about surfing Sea Otters - YES Again!
Have a wonderful day and remember to be kind. Everyone is maxed out these days.
Sending oodles of love,
