Perfect Day

Wins. There are several democratic wins! OMG, Zohran Mamdani won the mayor's seat in NYC. Now we just need to make sure he is successful. No leader is successful without those around them. Also, the first woman and a democrat won the Governor's seat in Virginia, plus New Jersey got a democrat for the Governor's seat too. Even good news is coming from Maine, where they passed a common-sense gun legislation called the Red Flag gun law that allows families to take action when they see one of their own struggling.

I'm calling this a win! Work was super busy, didn't get out much. At the end of the day, we went and voted at the Fire Station on our weekend walk.

Let's keep up the momentum and create lasting change.
