Winter and rough weather

It was a drizzly, gray day, with rain in the morning and gloom for the rest of the day. It had lovely cloud show and magic light now and then. Today was a typical workday in the office. I had back-to-back meetings for 7 out of 8 hours. The pentulent skies are fewer on the horizon, and the 5 days of rain have been reduced to 1. Alas. That said, I'm looking forward to some sun tomorrow. I'm starting to feel like I need light in my eye.

Here is a cool project where there is a community fridge system in Oakland.

And here is an article about how our health system is bad and Medicaid is worse. I'm so happy to have Kaiser.

Morning crows in SF
London Plane leaves
Puddles!
Looks like American Sycamore leaves, but I'm guessing just channeling that side of its parentage, and really, it's London Plane leaves also.
This assortment of buildings feels like a giant ship or something
This little nest is from the palm trees above
The buildings almost look fake, but they aren't. Isn't that strange?
Found on the Bart Steps
Hillside

Have a fun day tomorrow.

Here is a poem for you.

Sending oodles of love,

Tawnia
