Commute
Today was a busy workday in the office, and I ended up leaving later than usual, meaning everything gets later in the evening. The mornings are noticeably lighter earlier. It helps when it's a sunny day. Today was another glorious sunny blue day. The commute to and through Oakland was lovely. The birds were out. The sun was shining, and it was a little quieter.
We ate leftovers and did a little work in the evening. Quite a day, considering these are the little days in-between where it's supposed to be quiet and you can get little things done. I'm reading Midaaq Alley by Naguib Mahfouz as my BART book, and it's lovely to get back to it.

Have a wonderful tail end of the year. Reflecting on what 2025. Community. Power. Joy.
Sending oodles of love,
Tawnia
