Today was a typical workday, except I only had my morning check-in/stand-up meeting. It has been so long since I have had a whole day to work.

I had a nice walk after lunch, and the birds were out, announcing the change of seasons. The air quality was pretty okay around 50, which is a huge improvement.

Just a quick note, my commute book is now discussing the cuisine of the Tamil Tigers during the violence and fighting, and what changed and what changes live on. Every day, there are so many places at war. It's simply insane. There is no reason for this.

There does seem to be a sea change around really being honest regarding just how bad for humans and how engineered to be addictive ultra-processed food is.
