The rain

The rain has come to play! Eight of the next ten days are expected to have rain. It's very exciting, and the air quality is wonderful. Currently 22 AQI. So far this year, we have had 12.61 inches of rain (July to Feb 15), which is 83% of normal.

Today we did a few errands and went on some rainy walks. There were glimmers of blue sky now and then. Got started on our taxes, but need to wait for some 1099s from slow, large institutions. It's a long weekend, so it felt less stressful to get everything done. It was chilly today, and walking felt like the only way to get warm.

Here is a fun story of DIYers working with renewable power.

Also positive: Red Hat movement is forming.
