Cooking

Today was super rainy and a little chilly. So we stayed in and cooked. It was so fun, and now we have the week all set up with delicious meals. We made yogurt, kefir, lentil soup, a roast, baby artichokes, kale, fennel, and sauteed a bunch of leeks and dinner too!

We managed to get in a few walks and got drenched a few times. It was hard to wake up as it was very dim and cloudy. This evening we had a largely rain-free walk, and there were moments when you could see the stars! More rain is expected tomorrow.
