Hump day

Today was very busy and hot. A little work was also accomplished. There is much too much going on at work. The heat is wonderful because it makes me relax a little and slow down. However, it's also exhausting. The office on the second floor is always hotter than downstairs and often hotter than outside. We are surrounded by cement/asphalt. This five-day record-breaking heatwave in March feels directly related to climate change. It seems like we should all be doing everything we can to reduce demand and pressure the system to change. The status quo isn't doing it. Change has to happen.

It feels cooler tonight here in SF.

Electric airplanes were under development, but unfortunately, they never received the research funding. Instead, we got unmanned electric airplanes known as drones. If they had been working on it all these years, we would be flying electric.

I love my little electric car, and the bigger ones are even fancier, with more bells and whistles.

Let's talk about eliminating the demand for fossil fuels. Cheaper, cleaner, avoids wars, lasts a long time, and is less toxic.
