4/5
Today was another hot day, 85° in Oakland. We are located near trees and scrub, but all around that is pavement to the East and West, and buildings to the North and South, which increases the heat. The London Plane trees are just starting to get leaves, but even their leafless selves lower the temperature. It's nice to walk in and hang out, less nice to sit in a hot office. I'm sure I'll miss it and be cold when it's gone. Also, this is day 4 out of a 5-day heatwave. Whew.
Enough about the weather. There was fog in West Marin today
There are new direct flights between SFO and PWM on Saturdays during the summer!!
