Pi day but no pie
Today was so incredibly beautiful with sun and light sea breezes. I went early to the Ferry Building farmers' market for our week's food. Usually, I go on Sunday also for the inside things, as it is less insanely busy. This week, our local Thursday Mission farmers market starts, which is so helpful and wonderful, as now I don't have to carry so much on Saturday. The rest of the day was pretty quiet. I'm working on my project of reducing the number of my things. That is my New Year's goal.
San Francisco is keeping fine company these days.
There is so much censorship around the Iran war that it is hard to know what is really happening.
For example, this barely made the news. The summary is that Stryker, which is a $25 billion medical device company, has confirmed an attack by an Iran-linked group called Handala. Not ransomware. Wiper. The data is gone. 50 terabytes exfiltrated. CISA opened a federal investigation. Stock dropped 9%.

The bird of the day is the Ferruginous pygmy-owl. It is only about 6.5 inches long!
Sending oodles of love,
