It's nice the week is over. I've been so itchy, and it's better to be at home. Today was a busy workday as usual. I started my next cleaning-out project. I'm a little behind.
My colleague Jean made it out of Israel. It was a harrowing tale, but she made it.
Out the window, it looked like Pig-Pen was visiting. Actually, they were putting in speed bumps, so it was loud and thick with tar smoke for most of the day. The speed bumps are actually working! People are slowing down. We are near three schools, so it makes sense.
Here is a Guardian report on the SAVE Act. It's astounding to me that they are even trying this.
