Today was a breezy, cold, regular San Francisco day. Meetings galore for work, and then after 3, I got to work on submitting the app release for approval. It will go live next Tuesday, with any luck.
My home computer is having lots of problems. While the battery says it's fine, it wasn't charging when plugged in, and at one point, I was getting messages like "Power Source: Power adapter; Battery not charging." Anyway, Matt did some key commands and made it start charging again, but it doesn't like to have more than one thing open at a time. It might be time for a new machine. This one is seven years old, and I use it a lot.
Also, I've had a headache for most of the day, which doesn't make anything easier.
Here is a fun Instagram post about Portland Pub Sing, where the public can sing sea shanties and other songs at Novare Res. Here in San Francisco, we have The Fishwives Band who love them a sea shanty. They also happen to be the people who provide us with fish and shellfish weekly. I love that the one in Portland is open for anyone to drop in and is communally inclusive.
