Vultures

Today at lunch, Turkey Vultures were soaring around. It's kind of rare, and they are such amazingly elegant birds. Also, I took a walk in the afternoon as I couldn't concentrate, and saw the Osprey, which is also very rare. Work was mostly meetings. It's budget time. Plus a zillion other things happening. This means I didn't get a chance to work on my own projects. That said, all these other meetings are, in some way, related to my work too.

Not too much else to report. We are a little more than a month out from our vacation in Maine. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.

Doesn't seem like something to advertise. There is a lot of history behind wage earners; if governments and the wealthy don't want that anymore, look out. Jobs are good. Otherwise, restore the commons.
