Peaks day 2
Today is the beginning of a heat wave that peaks on Thursday (pun intended). It will be hot. We are time changing just a little and got up late and had to hunt around for coffee open between 7-8 on an island on Sunday. We found some and life could continue. Since then we have arranged to have a coffee maker. One of the strange things about the east coast is that all places are outfitted with Keurig coffee pods and makers which makes inferior coffee. We did the first pass over things in the storage cupboard and left the rest to do tomorrow. It was hot in the middle of the day and then our friend Rosemary came over to hang out and then we went to dinner at the Cockeyed Gull on their back deck which feels similar to ours. Tomorrow we will get food and be able to cook at home. When it's this warm it's all about being able to cook minimally. If you have no cook delicious nutritious no-cook meals to make at home let me know.
