Peaks day 10
Today we went on a nice forest walk early and then headed into town a little before 11am. We did some shopping and then met up with my dear friend Paula who was down visiting from Rockland, Maine. We shared a lunch in the ferry waiting area on a pew like bench during the midday pause while the ferry refueled. Then we headed out to Peaks for delicious connecting and a walk across some of the little paths and dirt roads to the seaside and back. We sent her back on the 5pm ferry for her drive north. I have a great connection with Paula and find our together time thought provoking.

5:06 am – 8:24 pm, which is 15 hours and 19 minutes of daylight
The bird of the day is the Northern Waterthrush
