ME II: blue day
Portland Maine really sparkles after a rain. It's a remarkably clean place anyway but wowie-zowie. We went early to the farmers' market and while oysters are always tempting we decided to just get fresh veggies as we have other food we need to eat down. The main goal is always blueberries which we like on our oatmeal. The dried bean man is back and he also sells cornmeal and popcorn so now we have popcorn! YAY. I really enjoy the park where the market is held it has the big gracious deciduous trees that I think make a park a park and then the pond and stream and bridges that make it fancy. We went on a walk to the harbor view park at lunch. Otherwise, we had a busy workday and a nice walk and twilight. It's sweater weather here and then if you are in the sun it gets too hot.

Have a peaceful evening.
Sending love, Tawnia
