ME II: new booster day

Today started off cool and foggy and rather damp and then cleared up largely. It was lovely to walk in the fog but it isn't anything like the magic beast of San Francisco. We worked until noon then went and got our boosters. Then worked most of the afternoon with minor symptoms. We mostly had fatigue and I had a headache and felt super wiped out (and still do). I always have strange sensations with the COVID vaccines and this was no exception. We got a two-for-one and got the flu shot also.

Tomorrow we took off to play with Karl and Rebecca plus it is the farmers' market!! I'm going to keep this short and boring because all I can think about is lying down right now. The fog has come back this evening so it is cozy and all the sounds are softer. The theme for the day is lit up red and fog.

There are something like 75 different genera of Amaranth. The greens that I grew up eating, the grain quinoa that is so popular now, and flowering kinds. Such a versatile plant. There are supposedly 10 that are native to the US.

This cat on a pedestal knew I needed cat love and insisted that I pet it. We have met before on our walks. It's a cat town. That look is directed at Matt after I stopped petting it.
