ME II: TGIF + 3 day weekend!

Wheee! Good news. I got word from Apple that the issue had been solved and indeed was able to submit the app for their approval. Tomorrow is the farmer's market and I have big plans to declutter and clean the house and get back into the rhythm of living. It's hard to believe that we've been in this place here for only a little more than a week. It was a chilly 49° in Portland, ME this morning and on our walk, I could just start to feel the sensation of my cheeks sparkling in the baby crispness. It will get warm again and probably even hot but I got to wear my customary hat and on our evening walk my puffer. I'm so grateful that the Apple issue is resolved and I get to sleep. This is short because of them. :)

The dimples of my friend the Red Oak of Spring Street showed up nicely in the evening.
uneven brick sidewalk
The beautiful brick sidewalks can be hazardous at nighttime. We hear tales that it is even worse under a blanket of snow.
Red Cadillac convertible
On our evening walk, beyond the beautiful Red Oak, we spotted this beauty. Yep, a red convertible Cadillac. You have to wonder who drives it.

Have a mysterious evening.

Sending love,

And there were birds. Carolina Wren is a kind of wren we don't have in California, and was the first one we saw this trip. In retrospect we've been hearing them sing, though.
