Bavarian china

Today is a good day primarily because I finally gave away my grandmother's Bavarian dish set. These dishes are not my style, and they also can't go in the dishwasher or the microwave. I posted on Freecycle, and an older gay man was over the moon and absolutely theatrical to have them. I'm so relieved to not have them in my garage. Everybody got to do a little happy dance.

It was foggy and windy here most of the day, but at least the fog was down among us, not only up on the hilltops.

Gardenia for drama
Early morning fog hiding Sutro Tower

Red Admiral
Decoration in Ames Alley located on our bigger city block just a few 100 feet away
Interesting use of junque to make a planter
Who in gods name sees this and says "Great I'll just come to this spot and hang out here and get ketamined 4:30-6pm with some strangers!"
Another subtle SF sunset
Foggy neighborhoods.

The immigration raids are getting more violent and awful by the moment, and one has to wonder who does that job, and can we give them another job? How can we encourage them to reconsider their responsibilities? They don't have to do this. There has got to be a better way.

Sending oodles of love,

Tawnia
