Smoky Sunday

Today started as usual although it was super cloudy. We walked down to the Farmers Market and got a few things. This is our last Sunday Farmers Market in this fine place called Sebastopol. We smelled wildfire smoke last night when we were going out but it seemed to fade. This morning it smelled stronger like wildfire smoke but CalFire didn't seem to have an incidents. On the walk home I had to rest several times on a small hill so I knew the AQI must be high. When we got home it was in the area where I start feeling it (most humans wouldn't notice) and it got progressively worse throughout the day. It stayed between 80 and 150 AQI all day. I spent much of the day laying in bed just wiped out from the struggle and then did little house chores. After dinner it seemed to go down under 80 and we went on a walk to the duck pond where the bats were putting on a show making it worth it. All to say, breathing poorly sucks.

I finished writing all my political postcards to vote YES on Prop 50 so staying in isn't so bad. Also finished reading two books.
